MEGAPERYA Responsible Gaming Tools and PAGCOR's Rules
Responsible gaming, on this page, means two specific things rather than one slogan: the limits an account itself can set, and the rules PAGCOR sets around every licensed site regardless of which one you use.
Tools the Operator’s Own Terms Provide
MEGAPERYA’s own terms describe deposit limits an account can set daily, weekly or monthly, and self-exclusion an account can apply either temporarily or permanently. Both sit inside the account’s own settings rather than requiring a call to anyone.
Players showing signs of a problem may also have their account restricted under PAGCOR’s own responsible gaming framework, separate from a limit the player sets themselves.
Account Limits vs PAGCOR’s Fixed Periods
An account’s own self-exclusion and PAGCOR’s self-exclusion are not the same tool. The account-level version is temporary or permanent, chosen inside the account itself, and reaches only that one account. PAGCOR’s version is fixed at 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, applied through PAGCOR’s own portal, and reaches every site PAGCOR licenses and operates at once — including one you have not opened yet.
Deposit limits work the same way. Set daily, weekly or monthly inside the account’s own settings, a limit caps only that account’s own deposits, and it takes effect once you have actually set it. Nothing sets a limit for a player automatically.
PAGCOR’s Rules Behind Those Tools
PAGCOR sets the floor these tools sit on top of. Persons under 21, government officials connected to government operation, AFP and PNP members, National Database of Restricted Persons entries and Gaming Employment License holders may not play at all, whatever limits an account offers.
PAGCOR’s own self-exclusion runs 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, the first six months irrevocable once applied, and covers every site PAGCOR licenses and operates — not the one account you applied it from. A family member can apply on someone else’s behalf for 6 months, 1 year or 3 years instead.
Where to Get Help
PAGCOR’s assistance line is (02) 8248-9568, the same number the National Problem Gambling Helpline uses. PAGCOR’s hotline and self-exclusion steps cover the full application process, the NGPH page covers the warning signs worth acting on, and PAGCOR’s registered brands list is what any self-exclusion or account rule applies across.
Set a time limit and a money limit before you play, treat any loss as the cost of the entertainment, and do not borrow money to keep going. Those three habits come directly from PAGCOR’s own responsible gaming guidance, not from an operator’s marketing.
